High-frequency tube mill: Horizontal type material is an important equipment in the automatic pipe producing process. It is used to receive and store strips while providing strips to forming and sizing machine. The accumulator is made up of horizontal frame, angle adjusting frame, feeding machine, rotary plate and the high frame. The strip is changed from horizontal position to vertical position through angle adjusting frame. The feeding frame is responsible for feeding the strips to the rotary plate. During the production of pipes, the strip is feed into loop, when changing another coil, it stops feeding.

Tube Mill - Horizontal type material

Applicable models: hf 28 tube mill - hf 219 tube mill

Advantages: Large storage capacity, for large and thick tubes, horizontal storage, so that the steel belt is better protected and has no surface scratches (especially bright belts, such as aluminum belts).

Disadvantages: The area is large and the price is high. The steel strips of small tubes and thin tubes are relatively light and thin, and the steel strips are prone to waves and loose coils when fed into the steel strips with a horizontal cage.
