1. uncoiler

External burr removal refers to the process of removing external burrs generated after welding during the processing of metal pipes.

8. Cooling

Because being in a high temperature state after welding can easily cause the pipe to deform, water cooling can prevent the pipe from deforming due to high temperature.

9. Sizing

Sizing allows the dimensions of a pipe to be made more precise by rolling it. This helps ensure that the steel pipe is accurately dimensioned to meet the precise requirements of the project.

10. Straightening

The straightening process is designed to correct and adjust bends, twists or deviations in steel pipes so that they maintain a straight shape.

11. Cut size

The welded pipe is cut into specific lengths according to customer requirements using the cut-off saw. There are two kinds of cutter, cold saw cutter and hot saw cutter. We will recommend a suitable cutter based on customer needs.

12. Unloading

Mainly to collect the steel pipes that have been produced.
